AAAEA e-Newsletter
Policies
AAAEA welcomes all
members to submit items such as articles related to our profession, letters to
the editor, news, ads, and announcements to be published in the AAAEA e-Newsletter.
The decision to publish is subject to the discretion of the Editor, the
Publication Committee and the AAAEA Executive Board. All submissions for the
AAAEA e-News should be sent electronically as an attached file to the editor at
aaaea@aaaea.org
Submissions deadline
The AAAEA e-News will
be published electronically every month on the 15th of the month.
The deadline for e-News submissions is one weeks prior to the publication date
(e.g., the deadline for the February e-News is February 7th.)
Advertising policy
Any advertisement,
including Business, Job Search, or student ads, or other types of announcements
submitted by an AAAEA member, will be free for the first 250 words
(approximately 1/4 page). Non-members will be charged at the per word rate for
any size column-formatted ad ($50 for ¼ page; $75 for ½ page; $100 for ¾ Page).
Full page formatted advertisements will be charged at $50 for members and $150
for non-members.
Photo submissions
Photo submissions to
the AAAEA e-Newsletter are encouraged. Please submit your photos electronically
in jpeg format at the highest dimension for downsizing to print resolution
(preferably less than 750 KB). Also, please include captions with names, locations,
and dates.
