AAAEA is leading the efforts to go national by 2011. A second National meeting is scheduled to be held in Dearborn-Michigan. The meeting will include engineering groups in addition to sister associations from Tampa, Orlando, South Florida, TriState region (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut), Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Peoria, Texas, and possible for California to join.

The meeting will represent the largest gathering of Arab American engineers in the US, representing potentially thousands of members. It will discuss the 5-year plan and implementation, join forces, expand networking, and select for the first time a steering committee.
The program will include a meeting with ACCESS, a meeting with the members in Michigan, a six-hour business meeting, and other networking activities.
